Log into your account on this link https://remote.jacksonlifts.com/vpn/index.html
Click on Chrome
This will now appear at the bottom of the page.
Click on this and it will open Google Chrome.
Copy this URL in the top search bar https://gateway.jacksonlifts.com/manageotp and press enter.
Use your normal login details to log in.
Click on ‘add device’, type ‘Lemon’ into the box that appears below and click ‘Go’.
You will then be presented with a QR code.
Use the HMA mobile on the front desk and go into the Microsoft authenticator app.
On the app in the top right corner press on the plus button.
‘Select work or school’, then select ‘Scan QR code’.
Go back to the QR you had up before and scan it. This will add your account to the phone and it will now come up with a 6 digit code every 30 seconds.
Now when you log into Jacksons it will ask you for an OTP as well as your password. This is where you would put the 6 digit code.
You can find your code by scrolling down on the Authenticator app until you find your log in. It will show as your username for Jacksons @gateway.jacksonlifts.co.uk
